1. General Provisions
1.1. This document is a public offer in accordance with the legislation of the European Union and governs the process of purchasing access to digital educational manuals (hereinafter referred to as the “Materials”) on the website https://beauty-concentrate.com/.
1.2. Acceptance of this offer (payment for the order) constitutes full and unconditional agreement with its terms. The individual accepting the offer becomes the “User”. The owner of the website is referred to as the “Operator”.

2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Operator provides the User with access to digital educational materials (in PDF format) via an electronic link or personal account.
2.2. The Materials are intended solely for personal and/or teaching purposes. The User is granted a non-exclusive license to:
a) print the materials for personal use or to distribute them to students during offline courses;
b) edit the materials using PDF editors for adaptation to individual teaching practices;
c) use the materials as a basis for creating their own training programs.

3. Restrictions
3.1. The following actions are prohibited:
a) reselling the materials;
b) free publication on the internet or distribution via messengers, file-sharing services, or other digital channels;
c) sharing with third parties for commercial or mass use without the written consent of the Operator.
3.2. All materials are protected by copyright. Violation of the usage terms may lead to legal liability.

4. Order and Payment
4.1. Orders are placed through the website https://beauty-concentrate.com/ using the available payment systems.
4.2. Prices are listed on the product page and include all applicable taxes.
4.3. After payment, the User receives immediate access to the materials in digital format.

5. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
5.1. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal within 14 days does not apply to digital content if:
a) the User has consented to immediate access;
b) the User has acknowledged the loss of the right to withdraw once the contract execution has begun.
5.2. When placing an order, the User confirms:
a) consent to immediate access to the materials;
b) acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal after access begins.

6. Voluntary Refund Guarantee
6.1. In exceptional cases, the Operator offers a voluntary refund guarantee within 7 calendar days of purchase if:
a) the file was not downloaded to the User’s device;
b) the material was only viewed online, and the User reported dissatisfaction.
6.2. To request a refund, the User must contact info@beauty-concentrate.com, stating the reason and the email used for the order.
6.3. The Operator reserves the right to deny a refund if there is confirmation that the materials were downloaded.

7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. The Operator is not responsible for the inability to access the materials due to reasons beyond its control (e.g. email issues, spam filters, antivirus software, etc.).
7.2. The User is fully responsible for complying with the terms of use of the materials.

8. Final Provisions
8.1. This offer is governed by applicable legislation of the European Union relating to distance selling and consumer protection.
8.2. All disputes arising from the execution of this agreement shall be settled through negotiation. If resolution is not reached, the dispute may be submitted to a competent court in the jurisdiction of the Operator's registration.
