1.1. This document is an official public offer from the owner of the website https://beauty-concentrate.com/masterclass_neon_lash_lift (the “Operator”) and governs participation in the “Color Lash Lamination” webinar.
1.2. Acceptance of this offer (payment) constitutes full agreement with its terms.
1.3. The webinar is held online, and access is provided digitally via a private link or user account.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Operator provides access to:
— the live webinar broadcast (if applicable),
— the webinar recording (for a specified period),
— any included bonus materials,
— a digital certificate of participation (if part of the package).
3. Usage Terms
3.1. Access is granted for personal use only.
3.2. It is prohibited to:
— share access with third parties,
— resell or publicly post the content,
— distribute the materials commercially without the Operator’s written consent.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
4.1. The price is listed on the checkout page and includes all applicable taxes.
4.2. Access is granted immediately after payment.
4.3. As per Gumroad’s policy, buyers may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.
4.4. Refunds will only be granted if:
— the content has not been downloaded or fully viewed;
— the user contacts us via email with a valid reason.
4.5. Requests must be sent to info@beauty-concentrate.com with the order email and reason.
4.6. The Operator reserves the right to deny refunds if access or downloads have occurred.
5. Liability
